Notes
1. A day is defined as a working day - Monday to Friday.
2. A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon. (So orders received on Tuesday 3pm on 4 day delivery means next Monday).
3. Next day delivery where offered only if order received before 12 noon.
4. Add 2 days lead time for embossing recipient's name onto a cover of a book wherever chosen.
5. UK Urgent Delivery is £9.50 irrespective of retail price

Delivery Charges
Delivery to UK
Standard UK delivery charges is £4.95 for all products / experience vouchers except for gift hampers. UK Urgent delivery charges are £9.50 anywhere in UK for all products / experience vouchers except for gift hampers.
Gift Hampers Delivery to UK and Ireland
Gift Hamper delivery cost £8.50 only include UK Mainland. The charges may vary for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and few other remote areas. Please check before ordering otherwise we will contact you if your address falls in any of these areas.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver gift hampers to Rest of Europe and Rest of the World.
Delivery to Ireland
There are some items which we are unable to deliver to Ireland please check the details on the product pages. The delivery charge to Ireland for any item is £10. However in some instances the delivery may cost more than £10 subject to item weight and size but we will contact you if this is the case or contact us for further info.
Delivery to Rest of Europe
Delivery charges of most of the items will not cost more than £20 but in some instances it may vary subject to item weight and size i.e. delivery of framed photos and framed shirts will cost more. Please contact us for the quote otherwise we will contact you if you have ordered and it applies to you.
Some of the items are restricted to sell to rest of the Europe i.e. personalised football gifts due to licensing restrictions
Delivery to Rest of the World
The delivery to rest of the world for most of items does not cost more than £25 unless the weight is more than 2 kg. The delivery cost for items more than 2 kg it may vary depending item weight and size. Some of the items are restricted to sell to rest of the world i.e.personalised football gifts
Delivery Terms & Details
How Deliveries Are Made & To Where
Totally Gifts Ltd will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like Totally Gifts Limited to deliver the Products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
For heaver items, someone will need to be present to receive the item as it will not fit through a letterbox
We cannot deliver to PO boxes if your delivery is via our courier service, (all UK urgent and International)
Gift Vouchers
All experience vouchers are sent via first class royal mail delivery same day if ordered before 12:00 pm. The UK Urgent orders are sent via royal mail special delivery if ordered before 12:00 pm.
Delivery Lead Times
Order to delivery is dependent on the item chosen. For delivery lead times on specific items chosen, please check on the "Delivery" details on the relevant product page. At peak times, such as Christmas, deliveries may take a day or two longer. For UK orders (only), there is an Urgent Delivery option. Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event you do not receive Products ordered by you within 21 days of the date on which you ordered them; Totally Gifts Limited shall have no liability to you unless you notify Totally Gifts Ltd by email at support@totallygifts.co.uk of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the Products.
