This Grand Vin De Bordeaux, from Chateaux Montcabrier, is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, made using grapes harvested at day break to preserve aromatic freshness. The result is a wine with exuberant overtones of grapefruit and green apple that’s fresh and vibrant on the palate. It’ll go wonderfully with chicken or fish, but is equally at home as an aperitif.
